Q: Can I sign up as a corporation?

A: Yes, you can sign up as a corporation.  Just enter your company name under the company field and that’s who we’ll make the checks out to.  We still need all your contact info though.

Q: On the affiliate agreement it states “no direct linking to home page will be allowed.”
But is it OK to direct link to the 7 day book page?
( I noticed some DL on websites from 7 day book banners)

A: It’s okay to direct link.  I need to fix that on the agreement

Q: What percentage of book sign-ups are for the hard cover book?

A: 20-30% of the clicks are for the hard cover.

Q: Do I need to specify in the Infusion panel every sub/tracking ID I use? Or can I just create new URLs without specifying anything?E.g.: Can I just keep on creating variations of the variable after a=: http://www.losethebackpain.com/aff/index.php?w=7DayCure&p=XXXXX&a=FB-AUS-0002-0001
And InfusionSoft will catch on?

A: Yes, you can just create whatever you want after the a= and it will track.  Try it and then check back on Link Tracking Stats to see if it picked it up to make sure you set it up properly

Q: Is there a way to send my visitors to specific pages on your website and get credit for them or can I only use the links from the affiliate backend to send them to just those pages?

A: an affiliate link needs to be used to send them to our site.  If there’s a specific page you would like to link to, just let me know and I’ll create the affiliate link for you if it is not already in our list of links.

Q: I have filled out the affiliate application. We don’t have a SSN (of any meaning) as I don’t live in the USA so I entered 123456789. Please let me know if this is okay

A: Yes, that is fine for international affiliates

Q: Can I use testimonials from your site? eg: http://www.losethebackpain.com/sciatica.html
In that case I should use them word for word. That’s OK?   What about pictures that appear with the testimonials, can I use them?

A: You can use our articles but you do have to tweak them and make them your own.  Testimonials must be kept 100% intact.  You can use the pictures.

Q: I noticed that I made a sale of a Nubax (US customers only) yesterday, but it shows on my ledger I only get $6.97 for the sale. Isn’t the commission on a Nubax Trio usually $30.00 ?   Just curious as to what’s up with that.

A: It’s because the customer took the 3 payment option. You will receive a commission every time they make an additional monthly payment.

Q: I’ve just started a campaign using your free book giveaway.  In the link tracking stats I am seeing Options but under commissions generated I am seeing nothing.  Since I assumed all options for the book came with a $3 commission then I would expect to see commissions for those options.
Is there something I am missing in my understanding?

A: The $3 commission is only for when someone pays the $5.95 for the physical copy of the book to be shipped to them.  We capture their name and information in step 1 so when they bail on step 2, we already have their contact information to follow back up with them in our follow up marketing for which you receive lifetime commissions on.  They’re not a lost commission.  We’ll convert them for you.

Q: I just want to inform you that paypal do not allow us in my country (Morocco) to send or receive cash even if they listed my country ’s name in their country search link.  So i would like receive my commission ( if any ) using wire transfer

A: It costs us $30 USD to do a wire transfer so we can not do that.  You will have to find a way to receive payment via someone else’s PayPal account.  Sorry.  Unless you’re doing over $1000 USD/mo. in commissions, we can not make a special exception for you.  Sorry

Q: I noticed that my “total commissions” are 103$. How do I receive payment and where to? I don’t see anywhere on “my profile” or anywhere else that you have my paypal address. How does this work?

A: If you are international you will receive payment via PayPal.  If within US, you will receive a check.  I recommend you use your PayPal email address as your account email address because that’s where we make payment to unless you specify otherwise.  Payments are made on the 15^th for the previous months commissions.
