101 Back Pain Relief Tricks Set for Big Push!

Friday, October 7th, 2011

101BPTips_pdfAs mentioned in my last post, the new 101 Back Pain Relief Tricks has gone through its extensive testing and refining process and it’s now ready for launch!

And what better way to have our valued affiliate partners launch this new winner than with a big commission bump all next week!

That’s right, from midnight Sunday, October 9th, until Monday the 17th, we’ve increased the commission on this product from 50%/$8.50 per sale to 75%/$12.75 per referred sale. Plus we have some nice upsells with this offer that will increase your commissions even more!

“Secret” Roll-Out Performed Beyond Expectations!

You may have already seen sales in your affiliate area, as we’ve sold it to many of our customers. That’s because over the past month, we’ve been testing the heck out of it and improving conversions constantly. We didn’t want to have you promote this until we were sure we not only had a winner, but had also fine-tuned every aspect — we tested different copy, landing page styles, upsells, etc..

It converted very well to our own list and we then rolled it out secretly to a few of our partners to have them mail their list. The results have been awesome. The offer is converting nearly as well to non-back pain lists as it converted to ours.

Hot Promos are Ready for You to Use!

Our First Company Meeting at Our New Offices!

The historic Maltex building in the heart of Burlington, Vermont overlooking Lake Champlain is the new location for The Healthy Back Institute.

Last week, we had our first company meeting at our new offices in Burlington, Vermont. A few of us work from other locations in the U.S., so it was a nice occasion to have everyone together.

Attending the meeting were, from left to right, Steve Hefferon, Steve Coombes, Eva Klein, Keith Cannone (standing), Ashley Lane, Heather Cannone, Dennys Passeto and Jim Gribble. Not shown is Jesse who took the pic!

Us out-of-towners arrived on Wednesday. It was a beautiful, sunny and warm day. The University of Vermont is in Burlington, so we saw a number of students walking to and from in summer clothes.

protestaWe passed a group that was protesting some environmental issue out in front of the Hilton – one of the few representatives of corporate America in Burlington. If you look closely at the picture, you can see they are painting one of the students with green paint. There was a line of security in front of the hotel, but clearly, this group was having fun making their political point. BTW, there are NO fast food chain restaurants in Burlington – just great local restaurants who make a point to serve foods grown and raised locally.

As it turned out, this was probably the last hurrah for summer, because a cold front moved in the next day and by Saturday, they were expecting a record low temperature overnight that would drop below freezing! Such is life in northern Vermont in the fall!

Exciting Happenings = Big Affiliate Commissions!

During our two day meeting we covered a number of exciting things that are happening now and we identified and prioritized our initiatives for the fourth quarter. Here’s a few highlights:

101BPTips_pdfInitial launch of the new, 101 Back Pain Relief Tricks, is underway and results are very promising! This is a 100% digital download product that is expected to sell for just $17. We are confident that this new offer will become a highly effective way for us to attract new customers.

We are continuing to test a number of different promotions and landing pages, and even price points. When we feel we have an optimal winner, then we’ll release this to our affiliates to start promoting. We are anticipating this will occur in a couple weeks, so stay tuned!

This is just one of several new offers we are developing that are designed to deliver higher sales conversions based on lower price points. And to give each of these initiatives the best opportunity for success, we are making a heavy investment in a number of strong copywriters.

We are also aggressively working on new ways to increase conversions on our back-end products. This will mean more commissions for you without any effort on your part! The beauty of our affiliate program has always been the awesome back-end commissions you receive whenever your referrals purchase from us. You bring us the new customers with our free book and new 101 Back Pain Relief Tricks offers and we follow up with our back-end products. And with our foolproof, database tracking, even if your referrals purchase many months, or even years after you sign them up — you still receive commissions!

Staff Expansion — FOUR New Positions!

In order to meet our goals and objectives in the short and long term, we looking to fill the following positions:  Online Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Editorial Director, and Executive Assistant/ Office Manager. Only the Office Manager is required to be on staff in Burlington. If you know anyone who may be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to let me know – email jim [at] losethebackpain [dot] com.
