What do your Eyes have to do with your Back Pain?

Monday, August 18th, 2008

I got this question over the weekend and I just had to share the answer with you and please everyone feel free to comment on your own experiences… Did you see the position of your own head when assessing your photos… Was you shoulder level, was you heal level, were you eyes level?

Please read here email question first…

I read your long self explanatory article/research last night.  I found it quite interesting for a lay person as the team has explained it in a very simplified way.  Having read the long article last night I agree with you about the significance of the imbalance of muscles.

You say that there are 640 muscles in our body and each one has its impact on the spine.  I would like to ask you to explain to me how can the muscle of eye is related to imbalancing the spine.

My reply:

One consideration of many with the function of the eyes, is that when the body is out of balance and the shoulders are off and the head is tilted and the eyes are not level, for years on end the body accommodates to the positions and because we naturally use our eyes to help balances our self’s in our everyday life we will end up relying less and less on our muscles for stability.

Not that muscle of the eye are super strong but they do accommodate and help the body keep our balance and help us do physical things like walk or run even jump.

It is almost like our eyes help in such a what that we are cheating our self into thinking that we are fine and thus do not even know that we are lose muscle strength or it may feel like we have enough muscle strength and don’t need to strengthen our muscle, that is of course until it is to late…

But now take away the stability that our eyes and then add some physical pain and now you are challenged…

What everyone should understand is that our eyes can assist our bodies through our life’s as we are physical challenged with pain or physical trauma. Helping to keep our bodies balanced and stabile but over the long term you should not rely on your eyes to keep you that way, it is highly encouraged for you to keep physically balanced and if you want to get out of pain you will need to restore the strength in your muscles and we hope that you do it a in systematic way that not only restores strength but also restores balance to all muscle groups in your body.

As a test you can try standing in place with your eyes open and then with them closed…

And you tell me if your eyes play a roll in your balance…

Test the stability of your pelvis and find out why you have back pain…

Friday, August 15th, 2008

OK, Take your right shoe off and walk around…

at first you will feel how different is it, now if you keep it offer of say and 1 to 2 minutes your body will accommodate to it and it will not feel quite so strange or even not so bad…

Now put your right shoe back on and take you left off do you fell it? and again 1 to 2 minutes latter how do you feel…

Now two questions?

1. Can you see how much stress your hips and back are going through if your pelvis is not level? Better asked can you see how much better it is to have a level pelvis…

2. When you switched shoes did you feel a difference?
Most people will feel good keeping there High Hip shoe on and feel much worse with high hip shoe off?

What did you Feel?

Do you think it would help you to get you pelvis to a more neutral more balances and more stable position so you can live your life with less or no pain?

P.S. If you are in great pain right now do not do this and if you are in high heels don’t do it until you are in something more stable…

This was my reply…

There is noting wrong with trying different things and being open minded to experimenting with them..

Everything you have listed can help to some degree, but like anything you need to get to the root cause, and we believe that muscle imbalances are the root cause for most forms of back pain…

Once you get a better grip on the root cause everything else you try will give you a better result and even make you life a little easer…

So if you have tried everything and feel like nothing is going to work, think root cause levels, if you have our program “The Fibro Fix”, in it Dr Fors talks about addressing Fibromyalgia the the Mitochondria level, it does not get any more root level then that, and that is one reason people with Fibromyalgia struggle for so long, they are always nipping at the symptoms, and not addressing the important issues…

Let me give you one more example, my mother went more than a year being misdiagnosed regarding all of the symptoms she was experiencing, in the end she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, There are only two treatments for hyperthyroidism, Surgery to remove it or irritated iodine which destroys the Thyroid and then people have to be treated as if you were suffering from Hypothyroidism…

Do you know that the first thing the Dr asked that administered the irritated iodine?

Do you eat FISH? My mother loves fish but my father gets sick at even the smell so my mother has gone the last 40 years without fish…Fish is rich in Iodine and the Thyroid needs Iodine for healthy normal function.

Start today by giving you body what it needs and learn to address the Root Cause Issues early… to avoid the mess…

Why I like Inversion Therapy…

Friday, August 1st, 2008

What condition are you suffering from?

It is amazing how my life experiences have brought me to where I’m now writing about how I healed myself some 20-plus years ago. Back then, I did not know what I was doing when I stumbled upon something that just happened to work. Today, inversion therapy can no longer be called an alternative treatment because it has been the subject of a great deal of clinical study. Inversion therapy has been proven to help relieve many forms of back and neck pain including the following:

  1. 1. Bulging Disc
  2. 2. Herniated Disc
  3. 3. Chronic Back Pain
  4. 4. Lower Back Pain
  5. 5. Neck Pain
  6. 6. Pulled Back Muscles
  7. 7. SI Joint Dysfunction
  8. 8. Facet Joint Dysfunction
  9. 9. Spondylolisthesis
  10. 10. Sciatica
