Weak Abs Cause Back Pain! Here’s What You Need To Know To Make Sure Your Abs Are Helping and NOT Hurting You…

Winter is here and this is the time many people become less active, eat more, store more belly fat… and experience greater pain.

It’s the combination of less motion, more fat and colder weather that adds to our pain… and the low back in often the target.

Did you know that having a weak mid-section is one of the main culprits of low back pain? It’s true.

In fact, I’ll bet you didn’t know that even people who have “ripped” abs — the so-called six pack — may also suffer from low back pain resulting from weak abs.

Flat bellies and tight abdominal muscles do not guarantee that the correct “structure supporting” core muscles are developed sufficiently… or equally. In many cases they are not, which causes the low back to sway, the hips to tilt, the upper back to hunch and the neck to cramp. All this causes pain.

A lack of strength in the lower and transverse abdominals is a MAJOR contributor to back pain. Click here to learn my prescription for correcting this imbalance… In the process you will learn how to shed those unwanted pounds around the mid-section, how to properly strengthen the supporting core muscles, and how to prevent back pain caused by their weak abdominals.
