I have had back pain in the past but this was something different. The old remedies did not even begin to resolve the piercing pain. My Chiropractor suggested an MRI to help evaluate the damage--I have no Insurance. Over the past 7 weeks I have been steadily re-emerging as a human able to stand on his own two feet. I am motivated to not let this EVER happen again. I believe that it is within my power to avoid this situation again WITH HELP and your book appears to be the answer to my prayers.
