I do suffer with a lot of back,neck and shoulder pain. I would like to order the book and make my donation but before I do, can you please tell me what is the cost of shipping to United Kingdom as I had a problem before where I was told the cost of shipping was $4.95 and AFTER I gave my visa for payment the sum of $25.95 was taken out of my a/c and I was told it was because the shipping was for overseas which is something you don’t mention before the order is placed

I apologize for any confusion… the shipping fee is $4.95 US / $12.95 Outside US… it sounds like maybe you also included the tube of Rub on Relief in your order and that is $19.95.
Have received the book. In fact, I ordered two copies so I could give one to a close friend. Unfortunately, the book is mostly an advertisement with little to no helpful information included.
