		<description>Dr. Blaylock speaks to the cruciferous vegetables.  If you will steam them briefly it deactivates the the small enzime which affects the thyroid.  I make a green drink every morning with kale or broccoli.  Just steam them a few minutes, cool them down and blend them. Dr. Blaylock says that if you chew the vegetables raw you get about 33% nutrients, but if you will blend them you get 99%.  :)  Since we have been on the green drink we have not gotten sick!</description>
