		<description>drinking good quality water is a must.practicing the right posture by keepig your head up.think of a balloon attached to the top of your head that keeps your head up effortlessly. doing bench pullovers has help with my posture.the number one thing for me is just forgive others and especially forgive myself.i make mistakes as we all do&#039; don&#039;t beat yourself up becuse youmade a mistake.learn to forgive and let go of the stress you are carrying.i feel better and walk lighter when i forgive myself and oyhers..you are never alone.just ask for help.i don&#039;t have to be prefect and learn to laugh ....love yourself,forgive and laugh more...and take care of your body more.learn to listen to its need..</description>

		<description>Something that really helped my back pain was simply drinking sufficient water. Staying hidrated really seemed to help. I also take Dr. Mercola&#039;s krill oil daily which can be great for relieving pain and inflamation.</description>
