    You are what you do! life and what you do is a practice so no matter what you do good for your self or what you do bad for your self you will become better- good or bad life is a practice and we all practice good and bad and so the way I see, it is about discipline and how we balance our practice we need to quit practicing the bad and keep practicing and improving the good like how we take care of our self on all levels our mind our body our sole.
