Back 2 Life Product Review

As I stated in the video, I personally would not purchase this item…. unless, and this is a big caveat, unless I first had covered all of the fundamentals like: Muscle Balance Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Spinal Decompression, Chriopractic care (only if coupled with muscle balance therapy) address negative stress and beliefs, hydration, nutritional imbalances (ex. too much calcium, not enough magnesium), proteolytic enzyme therapy.

Now, if you’ve done all of those and still have some lingering pain, then you might want to try this device… but it would be in my opinion, a mistake to do so beforehand. Get the basics right first, and you likely won’t have to ever get that far… in fact, many people find that all they need to do is use our Lose The Back Pain program to identify and address their muscle imbalances and that gets rid of most of their pain.

Also, as I mentioned in the video, it’s not that this device doesn’t provide some benefit, it can… but it won’t improve you muscle imbalances… it won’t eliminate trigger points… it won’t provide significant decompression of your spine… it won’t improve your nutrition… but it can help you relax and it can provide a gentle stretch. And we have had some customers who wrote in to tel us they tried it and liked it.

But again, if it were me, I’d pass.

My husband was sitting up every night with back pain, He has tried everything, infact he is on pain medication, they have done epidural s. He does prescribed exercises etc. He lost weight everything suggested. We got the back to life and he sleeps through the night now. He will use it about an hour before we go to bed. I am sorry you feel the way you do, it works miraculously for him!!!

Doesn’t look like something I’d try, especially based on your reviews. This video had really inconsistent and poor sound quality.

I had purchased this product and used it for 30 days and didn’t see any difference in my pain. I have sent it back to get my money back.

I have tried six different beds and I swear the cushy pillow top bed is what ruined my back in the first place. The most helpful bed to sleep on for me that helped heal my back was the Coleman Air Mattress, the one used in camping. I used it for two years. Then I found a floatation waterbed mattress with seams on top and bottom. My back is finally getting better, along with some monthly chiropractor adjustments, I feel I am living well again.

I had a blown disc in my lower back. I went through disc decompression therapy with a chiropractor. It was miraculous. It didn’t feel like they were doing anything but after 6 weeks I was totally cured. Then I saw the infomercial for this and have to admit that it seems to do exactly the same thing for a fraction of the price of disc decompression therapy. I bought one for my mother who had back problems. I tried it and it was the most relaxing thing. It would make me so relaxed I could fall asleep! My mom loves it. I recommended it to someone at work. He loves it too. Very relaxing. Worth a try for the money.

I have severe Degenerative Disc Disease and have worked with a Chiropractor and a number of spinal decompression methods including the NUBAX Unit. I used the Back2Life while I laid on one of the Far Infrared Heating pads, being careful not to put the Back2Life on top of the pad, but on the floor. The FIR heat coupled with the slow movement and stretching of the Back2Life, relieved about 60% of the chronic pain that I had. Being able to do this every day, instead of waiting to go for my weekly visit to the chiropractor also helped. I love this Back2Life unit when coupled to the Heat of the FIR Pad.
As an aside to this discussion, I found the NUBAX unit very difficult to use and very uncomfortable for the shoulders during the actual stretching. It definitely is not as easy to use as the Demonstration Tape they use to sell you the product. It has helped relieve the pain a bit, but it is difficult and rather unpleasant to use.

I have been using the Back2Life for a few months now. The key benefit to this is relaxation of tight low back and thigh muscles. It does nothing for the underlying causes of LBP. It is just one more tool to use as part of a multifaceted approach to pain management. Like others I actually fall asleep using it. I like Al’s suggestion of using the FIR pad at the same time so tonight I’ll give that a try.
