Hi,

Thank you for your query. To answer, no it is not like the P90X.

The lose the back pain system is not a workout video and it is not for general fitness; it is specifically for people looking to get relief from back pain. Hope this helps.

Is this like the P 90 X system. I have been looking for some information on it but this seems like it has potential. Merely want to make the very best decision

Our shepherd who is 7 years old has arthritis in her hips and we use the Glucosamine, etc., etc., and it has worked wonders. She cannot wait to get her two pills each day. She is right back to normal in her old puppy style.

Steve,
I like the idea of the "Heal and Soothe", but my dog (who is 11 yrs) is severely allergic to glucosamine and chondroitan. I previously used a very high end natural product with those ingredients and he became instantly so crippled that he could not lift his behind off the floor. When I stopped it he went back to normal. Since then though he injured the knee on his left back leg and it is now 3 times larger than the right one, which is of normal size. Could you suggest another natural substance that would heal and repair the knee joint? Thank you so much, as it is very hard to see him suffer.
