I’ve been working my way through a puzzle of multiple causes for my back and foot pain. Your books and recordings have been helpful all along the way and nothing you recommended has made things worse. Before anyone decides that’s a lukewarm response — not doing any harm for a person with RA, degenerative disks, heel spur, twisted pelvis and more is an accomplishment. Thank you for this fantastic information. I have had treatment on a lower back injury for many years and it seems to be getting progressively worse rather than better. This is a far more comprehensive approach to get to the core of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms, which is really what my myotherapist is doing.
