I’ve been working my way through a puzzle of multiple causes for my back and foot pain. Your books and recordings have been helpful all along the way and nothing you recommended has made things worse. Before anyone decides that’s a lukewarm response — not doing any harm for a person with RA, degenerative disks, heel spur, twisted pelvis and more is an accomplishment. Thank you for this fantastic information. I have had treatment on a lower back injury for many years and it seems to be getting progressively worse rather than better. This is a far more comprehensive approach to get to the core of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms, which is really what my myotherapist is doing. I will now investigate further into diet and supplements for a more wholistic approach. Thank you again for providing this excellent information

When I joined the Lose the back pain program which I am happy with, I think I can remember being told I would receive free newsletter for awhile and then would have to join for further newsletters. Please cancel me from this if it was an automatic joining after a certain period as so much literature has come thru I can’t remember. Thanks.
Thanku for letting me have these two very good video’s i found them very informative i am suffering from degenerative back disease & spinal stenosis but i also have nerve impinges with no fluid between the discs & also scelorous of the spine.I have recently undergone a couple of Mri examinations plus a nerve conduction test at a spinal hospital at Hurstwood park Haywards heath in East Sussex England UK they found degenerative issues in the cervical area but they said it but not causing any nerve root or spinal cord compression. I am afraid i disagree with those finding as without the morphine patches that i have to change once a week i have prescribed for me as way of pain relief. i would be in sheer agony with it. It is just like a raw tooth nerve & i feel literally like climbing the walls.
I have to see the neuroligist on the 16th of this month at the hospital.They have also found evidence of sensory neurothopy on the nerve conduction test i had.
