Watching much television leads to fatigue and a decline in creativity and even your will to live.
Television is definitely a brain killer. When I was younger I watched a lot of television, but no more!

Physical exercise, on the other hand, makes for clarity in the mind. I try as much as possible to exercise every day even if its brief, just doing SOMETHING is better than nothing!

Yes, I agree totally with the basic principles of maintaining brain health and can only assume that everything Denis mentioned must be a foregone conclusion, especially as it is already proven that emotional status is paramount to peoples wellness.

Interesting article. However, I have some further questions. With regard to the lady'sharp as a tack' at 102. What more do you know of her? Is longevity a feature of family members? What age did her parents attain?.

I ask these questions because I have a high regard for your work. Your book is the best I have come across in many years, managing to utilise complementary medicine and psychological approaches in a commonsense way.

Another ? about this lady: is she happy and does she laugh a lot? Sincerely, Denis.
