A great pick-me-up I use between meals: I use either a banana or a stick of celery for a base - slather on some peanut butter and sprinkle some ground up flax seed.

My favourite pick-me-up snack or even lunch .. Fill my blender jar with fresh clean spinach, add a glop of olive oil, a bit of Celtic Sea salt, a banana and some water. Whiz until liquefied and drink up!! You could add blueberries or cherries or any other fruit, too. If I want it sweetened, then I use a bit of maple syrup. Yummmmm
