Vita-Mix 5200 Blender Review

Scrambled Eggs in a Blender???

eg

I know what you’re thinking… “how the heck can you cook scrambled eggs
in a blender” because that’s exactly what I thought when I saw this video:

Pretty wild, huh?

I found this video because I recently bought the Vitamix 5200 Blender and
wanted to see how others were using it. As you can tell from the video
above, this is one incredible blender. I’ve only just started using mine and
absolutely love it.

If you’re looking for ways to make eating healthy more convenient, I
recommend you check out the Vitamix.

Any ideas or recipes for me to try with my new Vitamix? Please leave a comment if you have any thoughts, suggestions, recipes or comments…

I also have a vitamix and it is AWESOME. Just about everyday I make one of the recipes they gave called the Sailorman. If you havent tried it yet, give it a shot.

1/2 cup of grapes (green or red)
1/3 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
    1 cup of spinach
    1/2 of an apple
    1/2 of banana
    1/3 cup of pineapple
    1 cup of ice

If you want to make it less sugar you can eliminate either the banana or the pineapple.

Let me know what you think…

I too have a Vitamix and LOVE the sailorman shake as well. It’s my favorite! I’m just making the smoothies right now, but I can’t wait to try out some of the soups and sauces!

I use my Vitamix every day! I love it. I bought mine back in 95 and it still is as good as new!
I make Green Smoothies, juices, pesto, salad dressings; stuff for the compost pile and even last weekend I made homemade bug spray for the garden! :)
It’s the best purchase I ever made!

Gail- you made homemade bug spray in your Vitamix? I would LOVE to get that recipe :) I live in So FL and the mosquito’s are just terrible. I buy the all natural bug repellent, but it would be cool to make some homemade stuff!

    Cheers,
    Holly
