Like muscle, bone is living tissue that responds to exercise by becoming stronger. When you exercise, your muscles pull on your bones, putting weight and pressure on your bones. Your bone adjusts to these pressures, and builds itself stronger for the next time around. Muscle building helps you avoid injury by strengthening joints and improving bone density. It also improves balance and posture, making it easier to do everyday tasks. More muscle mass also revs up your metabolism, which helps you work toward your ideal weight and helps promote a youthful appearance as you age. Lifting weights and working with kettle bells are two of the best exercises for building strong bones and muscles.

Hey, I can’t take your survey. For instance, I have pain from 1 to 10. I am 74 have scoliosis. I am reading The Body-Mind Perscription at this time. Sometimes the pain is so terrible I just cry and sob; then it lets up on me. Sometimes it is so excruitating I scream and scream; then the pain will stop. I am certain it is psychosomatic. I have threatened my subconscious with suicide because if I’m dead who is my mind going to then. The pain stops. It is crazy!! I never had any pain until I joined the Mormon church when I was 25. When I was 50 I was in therapy and discovered I had been molested by my father. I am also trying to figure out how to use EFT (Evotional Freedom Technique) with Dr. Sarno’s stuff. I tried it one night and a bunch of stuff came up (anger) and I was OK for a couple of days. I believe Dr. Sarno is correct: Knowledge is the key. I did enjoy the UTube videos. Thanks, Sandra

I’ve seen people totally disabled from sciatica issues.
You have some real good advice Jesse.

If only more people knew the importance of proper stretching and proper daily exercise to reduce their stress, less people would suffer.

    Thanks Jesse!
