Been sitting there awhile? It’s time for a stretch break!
Recently I shared some quick stretching exercises designed to loosen up painfully tight muscles most office workers struggle with from time to time.
Today I have several more exercises I forgot to include when shooting the first video, including THE most important stretch for every office worker who sits in a chair all day.
Follow along with me in today’s short video where I show you exercises you can use to stretch and strengthen your hip flexors, hamstrings, and neck right at your desk.
Remember, you don’t have to do every one of these stretching exercises at every stretch break. Take a short one- or two-minute break every half hour or so and quickly do even one or two exercises from either video to keep your body flexible and pain free.
