    I was introduced to a weight loss program called Fat to Skinny Fast and Easy. This is , basically, a low carb, low sugar diet. One learns where the hidden sugars are in our food and how to avoid them. We really don’t eliminate anything but we learn to substitute. My wife and I feel great. She has lost 30 lb. and I have lost 35 lbs so far. We are both diabetic and it is great to see our blood numbers come down. We check them every day. My cardiologist says he applauds me for my weight loss.
