    Steve: I just watched your video on using the Back-Ease apparatus; however, I have an Inversion Table and would like to see a video on how the use it to relieve sciatica and SI joint problems. I used the Inversion Table for piriformis muscle problems but did not really have any instruction other than to use the table for 15 minutes at a time, alternating between inversion level and parallel level for the 15 minutes. If you can show me how else I can use it even though I don’t go all the way down, I think I can use the table to better advantage. Thank you.
