What is BackJoy?

BackJoy is revolutionary, easy to use, and completely portable sitting device that prevents back pain from occurring when you sit, so you can finally sit comfortably, anywhere. What if my back hurts when I try sitting on BackJoy? Sometimes changing your sitting posture can cause temporary discomfort. Should you feel increased tightness when first using BackJoy, limit usage to15 minutes, then 30, and upward over a few days or weeks. With gradually increased usage will come strength and lasting relief. If there is any increased pain, stop using BackJoy. How do I use BackJoy?

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. There are no straps or buckles.

1. Place it on your seat so the logo will be under your left thigh. Do not put it behind your back!


2. Sit on it and pull it forward until it’s snug against your buttocks muscles. Adjust until you feel the cupping action!


3. Skootch. Lean a little forward, push with your feet to “skootch” the BackJoy with your buttocks towards the rear of the seat until you find your most comfortable position. Sit back and relax in comfort!

When should I feel results?

Many users experience immediate relief, and some require several weeks of regular use to feel the benefits of BackJoy. Your results will depend upon your underlying conditions and how often you use BackJoy. What if I don’t feel anything when I sit on BackJoy?

Is BackJoy too small for me?

BackJoy comes in one size, which will fit just about everyone. At first glance, many people think that BackJoy will be too small for them to use. In fact, BackJoy is not supposed to cradle a user’s entire buttocks at all. BackJoy’s size and shape were developed to support the bones found at the base of your pelvis, not your entire buttocks.

5 Simple Ways To ELIMINATE Neck, Shoulder and Upper Back Pain

If you’ve ever suffered from intense pain in the neck, shoulder or upper back
you know that it can make getting through the day extremely difficult because
there are so many things we do that require our arms and head.

I know exactly what it’s like as I’ve had my fair share of injuries, including
shoulder problems brought on by weight lifting as well as a month long stiff
neck caused by a nasty mountain bike accident.

So I know a thing or two about how to deal with and eliminate these aches
and pains. Plus, over the past 5 years, here at the Healthy Back Institute
we’ve helped thousands of people overcome neck, shoulder and upper
back pain.

Here’s what we’ve found to work the best:

1. If brought on by an accident, as quickly as possible take Arnica.

Arnica is a homeopathic remedy that works very well when taken right after
injury and they even make small viles of pellets you can keep on you. I now
keep some in my car and also in my mountain biking pack.

2. Reduce the inflammation as quickly as possible.

There are many things you can do to reduce the inflammation. You can use
ice for the first 24-48 hours. Elevate the limb or injured part of the body.

What You Can Learn About Pain Relief From Olympic Level Athletes

No doubt, Team USA and the other national Olympic squads will have access to any and every kind of pain treatment available so they can stay in the game. And why shouldn’t they? After all, they’ve been getting up a 4 a.m. every day for years preparing for their moment in the sun.

But what about the rest of us occasional athletes who have to endure muscle and joint pains—many of them chronic—due to overexertion, injury, and conditions that result from the wear and tear the body undergoes as it ages, such as arthritis and fibromyalgia?

And don’t think that arthritis is just something that happens to old folks. It affects nearly one in five American adults—that’s 46 million people. Arthritis is second only to heart disease as a cause of work disability, and 7 million people have it so bad that they have difficulty with everyday activities such as walking, dressing, and bathing.
