Watching much television leads to fatigue and a decline in creativity and even your will to live.
Television is definitely a brain killer. When I was younger I watched a lot of television, but no more!

Physical exercise, on the other hand, makes for clarity in the mind. I try as much as possible to exercise every day even if its brief, just doing SOMETHING is better than nothing!

I live in Boulder, Colorado which rates at #6 for the worst states for back pain. I think this is largely because we live in a very dry climate and high altitude! The weather conditions change so much here and there is not a level of humidity and moisture here. I believe that especially people in Boulder and in Colorado in general are very physical and athletic! They run, ski, bike, hike, play games like football, dance, and are very physical. Running alone causes many knee and spinal injuries! However, for me the pro's out way the con's! Sincerely, Denise Sanders

I 57 and had been drinking diet Dr Pepper for years. A couple of years ago I started experiencing pain in my joints especially my knees. Some days it was painful just to walk especially walking down stairs. I thought I had developed arthritis.

I would drink 3 12oz cans a day at work. A guy I work told me about the side effects of drinking so much a day, and one of them was joint pain.

Just this last Christmas I got some kind of food poisoning that laid me up for a couple of days. I had to quit drinking because my stomach could not handle it with how sick I was feeling. So I quit drinking it.
Within 2 weeks the pain in my joints, especially my knees is almost nonexistent. I am now a believer that this stuff is the cause. I don’t care if scientific studies say it doesn’t cause these effects, my experience says differently.

When i look at the list the top places for back pain seem to be the states with the availability of outdoor sports and jobs, a lot of hiking skiing camping, movement, lifting, etc... there is alot of mining and oil drilling also- all tough work.
