&#60;p&#62;Its prob best to rest and not go on the Inversion table for a while, let things settle down. Hopefully you have been resting for a while.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Are you still in pain now?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Might be worthwhile to get checked out by your physio. Have you been checked out for muscle imbalances at all? If not do ask or look into the lose the back pain system. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Its important to get to the root cause of your sciatica. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Hope this makes some sense I am recovering from flu!

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Over the past year I have been dealing with siatic pain or referred pain. With PT the pain disapated about 80% but over the holidays I picked up my daughter and my back locked up, 2 days later my siatic pain came back. I had an adjustment by my chriopractor this morning which helped a bit. Here is the kicker, After i got out of the inversion table today my right leg and butt lit up hard core. The leg is on fire and my toes are numb. Is it possible to pull something in the inversion table? Not sure what I should do.
