&#60;p&#62;The issue with TPs is that they make a muscle Weak, Tight and Dysfunctional and it requires daily application to break up the TP enough to restore some level of balance, on top of that, it is best of you start some type of stretching or exercise program along with the TP work to help minimize the level of dysfunction in that body segment...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I suggest that you keep working at it daily and if you are to sore after use then do less time on the board per day.&#60;/p&#62;
