Hi guys, my name is Hieu and im 14, turning 15 this month. I've been working out for about 7 months now. Last Fiday, i had some lower back pain caused me to unable to hinge down to pick up things and i had tried some lower back stretches but i could feel the back hurting. It is now Monday and my back has gotten a little better but not back to a normal, comfortable state. Can anyone help me with this? I really need some advice.

How are you feeling now?
When you say you have been working out I wonder what exercises have you been doing?
Have you been checked for muscle imbalances? Have you seen any healthcare professionals; may be wise for you to just be checked out.You need to look after your back, you do not want to start at your age with back issues. I am just wondering if you have some imbalances that are contributing to your pain.
