Inversion Therapy
I bought the inversion table about 2 months ago and my lower back problem seems to be responding fairly well to inversions, my maximum inversion has been down to parallel with the "A" frame but I've noticed that my ankles bother me and I tried to adjust to all the positions at the ankles and it's still bothersome. Yesterday after I got off of it my left ankle was in seveere pain as I set my foot down to walk.
Has anybody experienced this problem? I want to continue with my inversion therapy but I'm now afraid for the pain to get worse since today the pain has started to diminish.
Thanks,
Gilbert

Re: Inversion Therapy
I was having an issue with foot soreness from my inversion table. I went ahead and bought some gravity boots for the table and the boots took care of my problem.
