I started to have back and sciatic pain after lifting some weights 7 months ago, tried rest, treatmes, posture change, and no improvement in symptoms i have done an MRI wich doesnt show any pathological spinal chages, and the specialist who interpreted the images said its a muscle paravertebral sweling on L4 S2 level bilateraly ,and yes i have sciatic pain on both legs but mostly on left side and much less frequent on right.BUT the pain is preety sharp ,strong and persistent, and makes me wonder if thats the actual problem.Anyway what should i do to fix or improve it ,i tried so many things that just didnt worked.IM thinking of having some massage theraphy done wich i never had done, will that be of any use ?? thank you.
