Can Piriformis Syndrome make me HH Right side?
I am 22 years old trying to relieve my pain. I was playing basketball about a month ago, stopped really quickly on my right leg, felt my hip do something weird, no pain at first, slowly turned into a HH right side. Now for about 3 weeks I have had severe sciatic pain and have been taking short steps with my right leg.(can't fully straighten it when walking, can't bend over) Is this piriformis? If so should I be doing the HH exercises?

Zach-
It is a case of what came first the chicken or the egg? I think the piriformis bears the brunt of the load when other muscles fail....
i.e. gluteus maximus, medius, minimus...tight psoas, tight rectus femoris, and adductors.....all of these will contribute to an anterior pelvic tilt and HH.
I had to undwind these one at a time... I would suggest starting slow with the program and do the stretches and strengthening for the HH. I had the same thing and the only thing semi tight on me now is the QL on that side...but not bad.
Send Steve your pics and he will advise you

I can literally watch my spine go from really crooked after standing from sitting to straight after walking around a but. I have taken pictures, except they all look different. I do the HH exercises a few times daily and it is not helping. I actually usually feel worse after doing them, this is why I was inquiring to whether or not to do them anymore. And if not what should I be doing?
