chair massagers
Has anyone tried any of the chair massagers that seem to be on sale everywhere? Just would like to know what people with serious back pain really think.
Thanks, Lee

Re: chair massagers
Hi there Lee,
I actually bought a Homedics Shiatsu full back chair massager about two or three weeks ago. Didn't do much for me. I don't have SUPER SEVERE back pain, but it still really didn't seem to relax my muscles or work out any knots. I kept it around hoping one of my roommates might use it but they didn't seem to care for it too much, said it hurt, was too rough. So I returned (God Bless SAMS CLUB and their return policies)...
I did buy the therasage healing pad and have been using it for three days or so. I think it works pretty well... a little pricey, but it seems to relax me and knock me out if i use it before bed.
Hope some of this helps.
Brandon

I have tried one, but it didn't help me any more than my regular chair cushion. Maybe it could just be me?

I tried one of these but didn't have much pain relief. I was advised to try a ******* Pad, it's a bit like a back massager but really gets in deep. MUCH improved my back problems, a lot cheaper too.

Re: chair massagers
Whether or not a device like this helps you will depend on what you have going on (what conditions you have, what muscle imbalances you have, etc).
We just started selling a great back support called Freedom Back and you can check it out here:
We (and many of our customers) love it because it's affordable, offers great support as well as a gentle vibrational massage.

Re: chair massagers
Hi....
Was just wondering if anyone has used a "Ma Roller", i think that is a brand name. Its a wooden roll that looks like it is turned on a lathe. Looks as if you lay on it and work it down your spine, has two small wheels that will run along either side of the spine.
Just wondering if there is any info out there on it.
Thanks
