I have severe nerve pain running down my right leg with a tender spot on my right butt cheek. I went to a chiropractor that told me I have so much wrong with me it will take a long time to fix me with alot of expense. My MRIs show cervical DDD, pinched nerve last disc near tailbone, and bulging discs in lumbar spine. I can't afford thousand of dollars for chiropractic care. My dr wants me to have epidural steroid injections in the spine. I have tried medications. I am working hard to change my diet, drink more water and eliminate sweets. What do you suggest?
Could this be priformis syndrome
