I fell almost four years ago off a deck (4 steps up) onto the driveway landing on my left buttock and low back. I was working at the time and have been fighting with WC for continued therapies. Xrays were negative, IME by Orthopaedic surgeon was a five minute joke. He submittedthat surgery wasn't needed and that I would be just fine in time with therapy. I have done PT, chiropractic treatments, accupuncture, reiki, you name it I have tried it. I still have a burning sensation in butt cheek that radiates down back of my leg to bottom of foot sometimes numbing two littlest toes. I had a nasty test done with neurologist EMG, it found some slight problems but nothing supposedly permanent. Of this is so, why after four years do I still have pain in cheek and hip joint? WC said I am welcome to go to another DR and am wondering what area to pursue next. The PT noted extreme twisting of SI joint and that my left leg did not lift correctly. Also the range of motion in hip joint itself was limited. If this is true why wouldn't a DR be able to find evidence to support PT findings? Please help me!!

I recently purchased the Trigger Point Therapy system and I have used it for 3 days now. Right after using it a feel good but a few hours later I feel pain in my back, hip and legs. Is it normal to experience pain for the first few days?
