failed surgery/non-union surgery
I have been back and forth to a chrioractor i a tired of the pain i went to another surgeon that the doctor told me i needed to do first thin that i had to do was an xray and a mri followed the doctor told me that i had a non-union surgery failed back he did discuss surgery but had a epidural steroid injection last year 2007.i have been going thru this since 1999 2002 i was in for a disc fusion but they ran into problems and had to put in hardware with screws i did many follow ups with that surgeon and he said i was healing that was not true my chiroprator i told them something moved and he agreed. said he new somthing was wrong because of my pain i am still in. i went thrugh hell in the hospital for a week they gave me blood(now they cant figure out why my blood is off) they overdosed me then took the pain machine away can i do anything to ______________________________________________________________________________________

Hello I've heard nightmare stories like yours before.There is alot of things you could do to that doctor, but you dont want to end up in jail.Lets stay on the posative side.If i were you i would shop around for a good lawyer do your homework and find the right one.keep a detailed diary,next time you visit the doctor take a witness with you,dont try and tape anyone because it's alegal if they dont know their being recorded.Watch your P's and Q's stay professionable it will take you a long way.
