Excellent audio CD. I bought a table months ago for my lower back pain and herniated disk as shown with an MRI and I am completely pain free thanks to your help and recommendations on inversion. I can't thank you both enough for giving me my active lifestyle back again.
I am now passing all this info on to anyone I speak with who has back problems.

I do understand the inversion table works. I have used one for over two years. I wish it fixed my problem with my knee, but it has definitely helped my back. I purchased 2 of your healthy back systems three years ago. More people should realize that a good exercise system can prevent most surgeries.

Jesse,
I have purchased and use your "lose the back pain" system. It got me out of trouble, out of pain and I'm glad I made the investment. I also purchased my inversion table due to your emails. I believe the inversion table is well worth the investment.

Can you feel her enthusiasm in her writing, her having the courage to refuse her Dr and then made the choice to help her self...
There is a lesson in there, most, not all but most that suffer for so long live in an energetic state of apathy, and when you live in apathy you do not believe that you can help your self and thus think that only someone else can help you...
Not saying that building your energetic level any higher is easy but in most cases there is a trigger or an event that causes a shift in belief and then you slowly start to think that I can help my self and surly as the sun come up it happens,
Do you have to think that any treatment is going to get you to 100% pain free to think that you should try it?
I say when you educate your self a bit more you will find those thing that will help...
Please listen to this article it most likely is part of your missing link..

I used/use inversion since January last year. I had a 40% rupture at L4,L5 and paralysis of my left leg and excruiating pain. Dr. Tuck highly recommended against it and wanted to do emergency surgery but I refused and as each week went by, I improved. She couldn't believe it.
She did ask that I not recommend that treatment to others just because it worked for me (or maybe because her income would be reduced significantly).
She even offered to the complete surgery for $1000 only since I didn't have surgery and would set me up on payments because she thought I was going to have permanent paralysis. Her documentation is very kind, but I am walking without a limp now. I do have numbness remaining in my last 2 toes but they are functional.
I used inversion with your program and am still healing but I can work with my husband at the restaurant and lift most anything and keep up for about 4 hours. My main problem is just endurance at this point but that is improving too.
So you can send me anything you want but for now I won't need to order another inversion table.....however, inversion is a gift I plan to give to each of my children as they grow up and move into their own homes.....so I will be purchasing 3 more over the next 10 years or so.
