Has anyone bought the Trigger point therapy tool that they sell on here??? ....If so whats your opinion of it......And Im guessing it works by lpuggin those things into certain holes and lying on it???

It is one of our best-sellers so I'm sure some of them will pipe up and share their experience with you.
It is THE best tool of it's kind when it comes to self treating trigger points because it allows you to treat them with all muscles relaxed - no other tool does this... they all require you to hold a device and try t apply pressure... and if you want to relax a tight, semi-contracted muscle, they must be relaxed.

I purchased the system and must say the DVD is an A+++++ for the information on it.....very well presented by the Doctor....Ill chime back in when I get started on using this system
