I just started taking Heal N Soothe to try to alleviate my back, hip and knee pain. I took 3 caps twice/day for the first 2 days, 3 caps 3 times /day the next two days and since I've discontinued use of ibuprofen I am still in a great deal of pain. I am a teacher and need to be mobile. At what point will I see the pain decrease or do I need to go back to taking the ibuprofen too?
