I have herniated discs in my lumbar spine and got very bad sciatica in my legs and pain in my back. I did the rounds of various treatments and wasnt getting any better. Then I found the key to my solution was lose the back pain system which addressed my muscle imbaalnces which for me were the root cause of my pain, water therapy and massage.
