I have been having intense pain in my upper right hip radiating across my front right thigh. I have been told that it is a L5 bulging disk. I've tried 3 different chiropractors and physical therapy but nothing has helped. By the end of each day after sitting at my desk it is sometimes almost impossible to sit in my car long enough to drive home.
I was talking with a client yesterday and she told me that after her husband had 2 back surgeries he bought an inversion table and uses it religiously every night and swears by it. I am trying everything I can think of before the surgery route.
I ordered my table yesterday and I really hope this works.
Any suggestions on the best approach to the inversion table?
Thanks,
Diana
