Inversion therapy - can't hang still at 180 degrees
When using my Inversion table, I notice I can't completely hang upside down without swinging back up to about 160 - 170 degrees.
I have the height set at the correct level for me 6'2 and even tried it a little higher and little lower but I still can't hang still at 180 degrees
I have to kind of hold onto the floor, to stay at 180
Is there a chance this could be because I'm lower body heavy - ie to much mass on my quads/hams/glutes/calfs compared to my upper body?
Thank you

The CAM is the pivot point at the top, where the table meets the frame...

I'm not to sure about that, I'll have to have a look
I'm going to stay at around 30 deg from now on anyway, I think my back could tighten up to much
Thanks Steve
