What muscles are targeted with the Nubax? Does it help with muscle imbalances since it is working both sides simultaneously?

The Nubax is a form of spinal decompression and its job is to separate the vertebra by stretching the ligaments that hold the spine in tact,
Muscle imbalance are not corrected by any form of spinal decompression...
People on that are working to correct their muscle imbalance do benefit greatly but using spinal decompression as muscle balance therapy does not focus on stretching the ligament of the spine...
So to answer you question, the nubacx does not target muscle per say and it does help people that are working to correct their muscle imbalance...
