Lots of pain
Hi everyone,
It has been 2 weeks since I started the exercises and have been doing them every day (sometimes 2 and 3 times a day) and still have a lot of pain in my calf. Sometimes the pain goes into my right ankle and then switches to my left ankle. My chiropractor told me that I have a forward tipped pelvis, a left high hip (I saw my x-rays with the curve in my spine), a herniated disk, a disk sequestration, and bone spurs. I have a temperpedic bed and I use heat often. I don't know what else to do to get rid my pain!!!!
I want to try inversion, but I am skeptical.
Any suggestion???????

Re: Lots of pain
Hi Steve,
I listened to the audio, and I have been applying all of the things you talked about for about 3 weeks now, some my whole life. I am normally an energenic person, I have always meditated (I don't believe in popping pills), I say to myself every morning is the morning I will have no pain. My diet is drastically changed to all natural foods, and I only allow my self sweets once a week. I go to bed super early now (I was always a late night person). I drink more water than the average person who drinks a lot of water. I am not overweight, I have always exercised to some degree. I feel like I am doing every right.....but, I still have pain.
I feel good when I get out of bed in the morning, but as the day wears on, my pain becomes more intense, that is why I am thinking of an inversion table. I believe my spine is being compressed as I go about my daily life.
What is your take on inversion tables? Any suggestions you have I appreciate greatly!!!!

Re: Lots of pain
Please understand that it take at least 3 to 6 weeks for strength gains to start to build some stability in the pelvis, so please stick with it...
