I would like some help in correcting my back and posture problems
Ill start by providing some history
Baseball player.. Right Handed pitcher since 8 years old now just turned 26
Weaknesses from feet to head
-Both ankles 'fall in' right ankle worse
-Right knee hurts more and when walking 'locks out on occasion'
-Left Hip Flexor is tighter and not as flexible than the right.
-Left external hip (abductor) stronger than right external abductor and left hip sits 1/2 inch higher
-Right adductor stronger than left adductor
-Left oblique and low back stronger than right side
-left trap & lat stronger than right side
-Right rear deltoid way bigger than left rear deltoid

Problems associated with this condition
-my fascia, and tendons in the lumbo/sacral area have been locked up so long i have big problems being comfortable sitting on my sitbones... infact cannot do it for long
meaning when im sitting down spread leg and try to bring chest to ground it doesn't happen
- when i walk normally my left hip shifts out to the left if i dont actively force the hip flexor to move north south.
Im working with my aunt doing egoscue everyday for 2 months and its helped alot so far
after googling this.. and noticing how much bigger my left glute is than the right glute I am asking how to properly correct this..
