I have been using the Nubex for over a week, but it seems to make my back/pain worse. Could this be possible? Perhaps I got to aggressive on how far I loosened the waist belt? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

1. any time your get sore from and exercise program or device, you need to stop and give you body a chance to (3 to 4 days) rejuvenate...
2. and when you start back you need to perform the activity at one half or even one quarter of the time or intensity that you had been using it at and then every two days you can either increase the time on the device or the how intensely you use it...
3. the waist belt adjustment is not going it make a difference in if you get sore or not, so it not that...
4. a good rule is 1 minute twice a day for the first week and then 2 to 3 minutes 2 to 3 times per day after the second week...

I have been using the Nubex for a little over 3 weeks now. I'm very happy to report that it has been giving me plenty of relief and giving me that lower back stretch I've been looking for in a long time! All in a matter of using it only for 5 minutes before I go to sleep. While I use the Nubex I usually watch Youtube clips of Jesse on his Youtube channel using the iPhone 4. I have a great set up!
I'm 27 years old and I'm a database admin currently and spend anywhere from 5 to 6 1/2 hours every weekday sitting down at the computer. It doesn't help that I have been gaining weight over the years too (ironically since I got married, hehe that was a personal joke by the way!) Anyway to get to the point I felt I was way too young to have this back pain everyday in my life and I just simply wanted to do something about it. Sure I had to convince my wife that spending this much $ on a machine was a gamble, but for whatever reason - the gamble really paid off. You can't put a price on comfort and the Nubex has given me just that. But the only way one will find out if it works for you properly is if you try it out for yourself. That may sound like your typical seller line, but that's really the only way.
I would really like to try an inversion table just to compare but my wife would probably start buying shoes & purses to spite me and my back pain relief equipment :)
