Question on Lose the Back Pain system
I have a few questions on the Lose the Back Pain system:
1. does your guide address strengthening the back and surrounding muscles as a long-term preventive strategy - or is that something I need to do separately?
2. I have not had back pain for long, although I've never had very strong muscles or support in that area.... but recently I injured my back and I haven't tried much with respect to Doctors, yet, but was just wondering if your system is designed for this type of injury or just long-term back pain issues?
3. I have no idea if it's a pulled muscle or pinched nerve or spinal alignment or other issue. Does your system identify this?

Re: Question on Lose the Back Pain system
Hi mate
I'll have a go at answering your questions
First of all your in the right place and I can tell you with utmost confidence the program ( which is specific for my condition ) is helping me
1 - Your back might not need strengthening, in fact your lower back might to strong and tight
2 - If you injured your back playing a sport or lifting something or if the pain just came on over time ect, there's a good chance you have muscle imbalances, sometimes theses imbalances can causes damage over time if not addressed - you must addressed your specific muscle imbalances now
3 - Their system will identify your problem
Hope this helps mate
Have fun
Paul

Re: Question on Lose the Back Pain system
Thanks, Paul & Jesse for the info! I have purchased the system, I just have to find the time to do the assessments (time is hard to come by these days, working full-time with a 2-year-old around when I'm home! )
