Has anyone tried ozone therapy for lumbar stenosis? I had half of mine done and got relief, but the pain came back in about 6 months. I'm thinking of having all of them done and hope that I can get 6 months of complete relief. Insurance doesn't pay and it runs several thousand.
Any experiences with this?

My uncle had a two level L.C. Stenosis, and was treated with ozone therapy at Doctor Kares Hospital in Gurgaon, India. He has recovered extremely well and was back on his feet almost immediately. Everyone in his study classes was shocked to see him the day after his procedure. I was with him when we met the doctor prior to going in for ozone therapy, and he gave us very realistic expectations - that although mobility would increase and movement will be easier, results may be short of what one gets post surgery. From our point of view, we thought this would be the best route. We are thrilled with the results and definitely recommend it!
