Back , Neck , shoulders , arms and lower legs and feet
Bin diagnosed with pinched nerves in back and neck .
Lost power in both arms for 85 % , my feet and lower legs are having nerve pains .
I am not insured and will never get one , because of a recent cancer surgery .
What can do to help my self as much as possible .
Any suggestions ?

Thank you very much for your reply , I am going to work with that , a.s.a.p. .
It is difficult to get the right information , specially from doctors , they shake hands with you , when you have no insurance and wish you good luck and give
you 20 or 30 pills Vicodin but don't ask for it again .
