*Question for Steve or Jesse
I have 3 of the Dysfunctions.......FTP, High Hip and FHS. What order should the exercises be done by Dysfunction??...I would guess that the best order would be to do the ones for FHS 1st ...then HH...then FTP......is there proper or better order which they should be done?...Thanks

Re: *Question for Steve or Jesse
Hi there Jeff,
The sequence or order in which you do them doesn't matter that much. What matters most is that you start out slow and listen to your body.
Think of this as an experiment and your objective is to find the corrective exercises and stretches that work best for you now (they will change over time as you progress).
Hope this helps and if you have additional questions please ask :)
Jesse

Question for Steve or Jesse-
I am having great difficulty assessing whether I have BTP or FTP. I'm 58 yrs old. I do believe I have HH on left side and FH+S. However, I do have sciatica on my right side. I imagine I do compensate for it while sitting and standing. I did answer YES to 12 out of 21 assessments for FTP. I answered YES to 6 out of 8 assessments for BTP. The difficulty is I answered YES to the FTP assessments on lower back flexibility (all 2), Quads Flexibility (all 5) and Lower Ab strength (3 of 4 only) which really confuses me as to whether I have FTP or BTP.
Please advise.
