Ribose Supplements?
Hi...
I've been doing tons of research on supplements over the last few weeks... for myself and my back problems and also for my mother who has fibromyalgia.
Came across lots of promising info on Ribose. Looks as if it can do wonders for your muscles as far as recharging their energy. Looks like lots of athletes and body builders use it to help the muscles recover.
Just wondering if anyone has taken it and what the results were.
Thanks

Re: Ribose Supplements?
I actually work in the sports supplement industry and have done for the last 4 years.
I have not heard great reviews regarding Ribose, potentially this is due to the high cost of it and needing a large dose to see results.
Its of those that looks great on paper.

Hi Steve
Being honest, whilst we use enzymes in our products its from a digestion perspective not anti-inflam so wouldnt want to comment.
