Sciatica due to Stage 1 degeneration in the L4/5 and Stage 2 degeneration in the L5/S1, What next?
Hello everyone. I was just diagnosed some spinal rotation causing Stage 1 degeneration in my L4/5 and Stage 2 degeneration in the L5/S1 and that is the cause of my sciatica. I’m just wondering what can be done to rehab this other than going to a chiropractor every day. Any ideas? I was told that there is nothing that can be done to fix the degeneration, just to stop it from getting worse. Any advice would be great, thanks every one for any input given.

Drop the chiropractor and Get in to see a Physiatrist (physical medicine M.D.)
Physiatrists specialize in restoring optimal function to people with injuries to the muscles, bones, tissues, and nervous system.
I've seen one for Sciatica and other back conditions
for the last 3 years. So far I've been able to avoid
surgical intervention and get pain relief. I find this much prefered to surgery.
