Hi,
I have made a good start on the program. I identified a High Right Hip and a Backward Tipped Pelvis when I did my assessment. Those two things are confirmed with X-Rays which were taken a few weeks ago. My chiropractor showed them to me and those two things were very noticeable. The X-Rays showed that my neck was less rounded than is desirable which seems to compress some of the vertebrae. From looking at my pictures, I don't see that I have Forward Head + Shoulders Dysfunction. My head and shoulders nicely sit on top of my body in a side view.
Are there stretches that will help relieve tension in the upper part of the neck?
I started the stretches and exercises three days ago and already feel some improvement. Hopefully with taking control of my back health, I will soon have less back discomfort.
Thank you,
