Re: There's Always Time for Fitness
I have an important question - Are those workouts suitable for backpain sufferers?

Re: There's Always Time for Fitness
Is the No Excuse Workout suitable for backpain sufferers including those have slipped disc?
I think this question is good to be part of FAQ.
The No Excuse Workout has two DVDs. DVD 1 consists of 10 exercises using dumbells and DVD 2 also has 10 exercises using the body as weight.
As backpain sufferer, I think the deciding factor is NOT whether you have or do not have backpain, BUT how bad your backpain is.
How do we evaluate if our backpain is bad enough to refrain the workout?
Since there are 10 dumbell exercises in DVD1 and 10 body weight exercises in DVD2, I tend to think that at least there are a few exercises that I can safely do.
If not all the exercises/workout suitable for me, I hope there are at least one or two that backpain people can safely do.
Can Steve, Jesse or anyone advise?

Re: There's Always Time for Fitness
We never say, that you can not strengthen your entire body, what we hope that you do is, work with the lose the back pain system first to build your body to a point where you are more neutral, more balanced and more stable and then you can work other muscle groups...
If your body is still not balanced or stable then most likely you should not be doing full body workouts but if you are then please work towards the best fitness level you can achieve...
